Early Graduation – Not going to college
We encourage all students whether going to college or not to stay the course and complete four years of high school. Our philosophy is that you will have your entire life to be an adult. There are always extenuating circumstances and each case will be evaluated individually. The above are our standard guidelines for informational purposes.
The state of Mississippi holds the parent responsible for the child’s education until they are 18 years old. Ultimately it is the parent’s decision to graduate their student early. Ensure your decision is in the best interest of your student.
Graduation Ceremony Requirements
To participate in the Growing in Grace graduation ceremony, students must first complete their academic requirements as listed above.
- Students must pass each credit hour with a minimum of 70% to receive the credit.
- Each student’s financial obligation must be fulfilled. Students are ineligible to walk in the ceremony or receive their notarized transcript if any financial obligation remains.
- Seniors will automatically have the graduation fees added to their yearly tuition. Students graduating early will have those fees added when the decision is finalized.
